The line simultaneously produces 4 strands of reinforcement with deformed section.
Parameters:
- Length – 18 meters;
- Width –1 meter;
- Installed power –25 kW;
- Number of personnel – 2 operators;
- Ventilation capacity – 2000 cubic meters per hour.
Line Features:
- Track pulling mechanism, foot made of polyurethane. Mechanical system of a clip of tracks. provides the high pulling characteristics;
- A four-channel polymerization furnace with a length of 8 meters, the use of temperature controllers allows stage heating. Availability of PID control allows the furnace to operate in the most optimal mode. Operating temperature of furnaces up to 400 °C. Stainless steel heating elements significantly increases the service life and reduces energy consumption. The heating chamber is sheathed with insulating materials, which eliminates the deformation of the furnace structure. The surface of the furnace is heated to 50 °C. По С;
- Tube-spinning production method provides a stable quality of production. It eliminates the oversaturation of the reinforcing bar with an epoxy-polymer binder, which leads to the formation of smudges, cracks, and a decrease in the number of fibers (according to GOST 31938-2012 the roving content is more than 75%) and also eliminates insufficient impregnation of the reinforcing bar (brittleness, longitudinal cracks);
- Spinnerette are made of steel grade 45;
- The system for heating epoxy-polymer binder in the impregnation bath increases the life time of the finished mixture;
- The roving thread pretension unit is equipped with a system of automatic notification and disconnection of the pulling mechanism when the roving thread units get stuck;
- The line is equipped with a pre-heating roving system;
- The rollers and guides in direct contact with the reinforcing bar during the production process are made of steel grade 45;
- Adjusting the pitch of the deformed section through the operator panel;
- The volume of the bath for epoxy resin is 8 liters;
- Possibility of quick replacement of bath for epoxy-polymer binder;
- The line is equipped with a liquid cooling system with a circulation pump;
- Adjustable speed of feeding the reinforcing bar through the operator panel;
- High-precision pulse counter for metering of finished products.
Cutting device:
- setting the length of finished products through the operator panel;
- control of the number of cuts through the operator panel;
- or continuous operation of the flexible connections production line, the cutting device is equipped with guides for linear movement of the cutting unit (with a return mechanism);
- there is a connector for an industrial vacuum cleaner.
Roving rewind / twist node (for deformed section):
- allows 2 reels to be rewound simultaneously (increase is possible);
- coil capacity - 2 kg (increase is possible at an additional cost);
- automatic adjustment of engine rotation speed through the operator panel for uniform tight winding of twisted roving;
- automatic shutdown at the end of winding.
Parameter setting and control system:
- allows to control and set all the operating parameters of the equipment from the operator panel;
- the ability to save and unload all parameters of the line, as well as the number of finished products;
